Privacy policy

The short version

There are no accounts, no advertising trackers and no analytics. If you want a table, you can either send us a reservation request from the site (your name, phone number and choices reach us through Google Sheets and Telegram), or send us a WhatsApp message yourself. We use your details only to arrange your table.

What stays on your device

When you choose the number of guests, a day and time, or type your name and notes, the site saves them in your own browser so you do not lose them if the page reloads. They stay on your device and we cannot see them. They are cleared once your request is sent, with “Start a new request”, or by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.

When you send a reservation request

“Send request” sends the number of guests, the occasion (if you chose one), the day and time, your name, your phone number and any notes to us. They are saved in a private Google Sheet used only to manage reservations, and we get a message about them in Telegram, so we can call or message you to confirm. Google and Telegram store this information for us under their own privacy policies. We keep a reservation for as long as we need it to look after your visit and our records, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

“Send it on WhatsApp instead” opens WhatsApp with a message already written from your choices. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.

Once you send it, we receive your message and your phone number through WhatsApp. We use them only to reply to you, to confirm your table and to look after your visit. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its own privacy policy applies to messages you send there.

Links to other sites

This website links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, Tripadvisor and Deliveroo. Nothing loads from them until you tap a link. Each has its own privacy policy, and we do not control what they do.

Where the site is hosted

The site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Reservation requests pass through Cloudflare on their way to us. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare may keep technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser details, to keep the site running and secure. The fonts and images on this site come from the site itself, not from third parties.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (including a reservation request), by phone, WhatsApp or email. You can also delete any chat with us on your own phone at any time.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
